We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with tags and packaging intact.
The request for an exchange must be made within 7-8 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges are allowed for size issues, defective or damaged products received due to transit.
Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged.
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
Contact our customer support at sere.ricojewels@gmail.com. within 7 -8 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange, along with images (if applicable).
Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our exchange center at Ahmedabad.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement within 7-8 business days.
If the exchange is due to a defective or wrong product sent by us, we will cover the shipping costs.
If the exchange is due to size issues or personal preferences, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Customized or personalized jewelry.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Products not returned within the exchange window.
